Westervelt Foundation

The Westervelt Foundation seeks to impact organizations in our communities through charitable giving and employee volunteerism.

Our primary areas of focus are:

*Civic Outreach

*Food Banks/Hunger Relief

*Education and Environmental

There are projects that will not be considered, including the following:

*Organizations that discriminate

*Third-party fundraising organizations

*Religious organizations, other than for community programs (such as a food pantry)

*Sports teams' requests (sponsorships)

*Individual schools

*Supporting political candidates or campaigns

*Capital campaigns

Showcased Projects

The Westervelt Foundation is a strong supporter of the United Way of West Alabama. Each year, employees participate in volunteer work during the Day of Action. This year, our team provided landscaping services to Cottondale Elementary School.

Habitat for Humanity is a natural fit for Westervelt, bringing together quality wood products and a care and concern for our community. With our first Westervelt Habitat home under construction in 2025, our employees have had numerous opportunities to engage.
